A slow and gentle practice, I ensure I make any necessary adaptation so that any yogi feels welcome and their needs considered.
No one should feel any expectations... just relax and listen to your own body. Every experience will be different.
You will improve posture and flexibility over time .
Yoga will arm you with the tools to manage stress better and keep your body in a condition better able to move.
This practice lends itself to a Hatha style...
Tuesdays are 60 minutes duration beginners level.
Wednesdays are intermediate level and 90 minutes of practice.
Please feel free to contact me for more details. The studio will accommodate 6/7 clients and so booking in advance is essential to ensure that I can manage all expectations and provide a safe, clean and warm working space.

I discovered yoga 10 years ago, at a time when it seemed nothing else could still my busy mind
I read Masters Pharmacy at Brighton and graduated 2002 as a pharmacist, and worked in this field for 5 years...
I took a year to travel the World and decided to become a firefighter. I have been in this role for 18 years, thoroughly proud to serve and the last 7 years have seen me single-parent my son, with my father's support.
I have an NVQ diploma to level 3 in personal fitness instruction, I enjoy many, many sports! Ask me about how I can help you improve your fitness too! Circuits, running, weight training, cycling....whatever inspires you!
I have CPR and first aid at work certification as well as First Responder at Scene with Skills for Justice.

I completed my 200 hours yoga alliance teacher training with Sussex Yoga Training , under the excellent and rigorous tutoring of senior teacher trainer Lucy Leslie, Lakeview , Copthorne.

I do run a Wednesday practice in the evening for intermediate yoga level.
